Ruth Laryea is an associate at Williams, Graffeo & Stern, LLC where she focuses on real estate law, estate planning, and commercial litigation. She has represented numerous clients in residential purchases, sales, including short-sale transactions, with a proven ability to handle  matters from inception to closing. Her experience encompasses specialty leases, co-op  transactions, and landlord tenant disputes.

Ruth earned her Juris Doctorate from the Rutgers University School of Law - Newark where she received many honors. She was the Managing Editor of the Rutgers Law Review. She also served as a member of the Moot Court Board where she was the winner of the Best Brief for Baker Trial Competition. In addition, after law school, Ruth was admitted into the Rutgers Research Fellowship diving into research on policy to institute educational reform. 

 

Ruth is presently admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey as she has been a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and New York State Bar Association since 2010.
