Sherry W. Wheaton is a senior attorney at Williams, Graffeo & Stern, LLC, where she focuses on real estate law and estate planning.
Sherry has been practicing law in New Jersey for 29 years and has extensive experience with residential real estate transactions throughout the State. She has proven ability to handle matters from inception through closing and has counseled numerous individual clients in the successful purchase, sale and refinance of their residences. Sherry is committed to representing and advising clients with the utmost integrity and to providing excellent legal services.
Sherry also specializes in residential relocation transactions and has a comprehensive knowledge of the intricacies of relocation transactional matters, having assisted multiple relocation companies with moving employees of their corporate clients in and out of New Jersey since1998. Sherry also has experience working with Co-Operative and HOA clients, and has represented several lenders as mortgage review attorney.
Sherry is a 1989 graduate of Smith College and received her juris doctorate degree in 1993 from Boston University School of Law, where she served as President of American Bar Association – Law Student Division in her final year.
