Stephen D. Santini Jr., Esq. is an associate at Williams, Graffeo & Stern, LLC supporting the firm’s Corporate, Real Estate, and Commercial Litigation practice groups. 

 

Stephen graduated and received his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.  While a student at Fordham Law, Stephen’s studies were concentrated in Intellectual Property and Information Privacy Law and in particular, IP licensing and commercial negotiating. He contributed to the Intellectual Property, Entertainment and Media Law Journal, the Media and Entertainment Law Society, and the Intellectual Property and Information Law clinic. He also volunteered to defend underprivileged students from receiving disparate treatment and undesirable disciplinary action as a member of the Suspension Representation Project. 

 

Stephen completed his undergraduate studies at Villanova University in 2016, where he graduated with a B.A. in Political Science, minors in Economics and Italian, and a lifelong appreciation for the school’s basketball team.  Throughout his undergraduate and graduate studies, he completed study abroad programs in Dublin, Ireland; Florence, Italy; and Prague, Czech Republic.

 

Stephen has professional experience in cyber-security, sales, and executive recruiting.  During and after his studies in law school, he worked as a consultant for various cyber-security specialized companies.

 

His legal career began during law school as an intern for a human rights law firm in Belfast, Northern Ireland, where he worked to provide victims of “The Troubles” and their families with closure and legal recourse.  His participation in the Intellectual Property and Information Law clinic involved successfully filing many trademark and copyright applications, analyzing the commercial / practical value these intellectual protections provided, and when needed, performing extensive legal research. 

 

Since graduation, he has experience working for a law firm of general practitioners, where he gained litigation experience in a wide variety of fields of law, including contracts, family, estate, real estate, corporate, condo / co-op, negligence / auto-negligence / personal injury, criminal, bankruptcy, and intellectual property, among others.

 

Stephen is licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
