Thomas Gironda

Thomas Gironda is an associate at Williams, Graffeo & Stern LLC supporting the firm’s Corporate, Real Estate and Commercial Litigation practice groups.

Thomas graduated and received his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2019 with an emphasis on business, corporate, environmental, and sports law. During his time at Wake Forest, Thomas actively held leadership positions with multiple student organizations, including President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, President of the Environmental Law Society, and helping found the Wake Forest chapter of Legal Hackers - an organization that focuses on educating young law students and lawyers on developing technology, such as smart contracts and Blockchain, and how they relate to the field of law.

Thomas also worked with the Community Law and Business Clinic, where he assisted small businesses and individuals who sought to create a small business or legal entity, such as a corporation or 501(c)(3) registered charity. The Community Law and Business Clinic, much like Kaplan Williams, assists these businesses from their incorporation throughout the duration of their existence.

Thomas completed his undergraduate studies at Clemson University, where he graduated with honors with a degree in Sports Management and a minor in Business Administration.

Thomas began his legal career during law school as a judicial intern for the Honorable Deborah Gramiccioni, J.S.C. in Ocean County Superior Court. He proceeded to work as a summer associate for a mid-sized, Monmouth County general practice firm.

Following graduation, Thomas clerked in Monmouth County Superior Court for the Hon. Kathleen A. Sheedy, P.J.F.P./J.S.C. During his clerkship, Thomas aided in Judge Sheedy's transition from Family Division, where she was presiding judge for seven years, to Civil Division. While clerking, Thomas took an active interest in dispute resolution, performing small claims mediation weekly and sitting in with and training under Marie Accardi Esq. in the Civil Settlement Program.

Thomas is licensed to practice law in New Jersey. You can also view Thomas’s bio on LinkedIn.
