Scott M. Wellikoff is an experienced business and litigation attorney supporting the firm’s Florida practice from his offices in Boca Raton, Florida.  Scott focuses on Business/Corporate Litigation, Real Estate Litigation and Transactions, Corporate and Business Transactions, Title Insurance, Insurance Defense and Employment Law.

Scott is a published author, graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the College of Journalism and Communications and received his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law where he was an Editor of the Journal of Legal Commentary.

Scott was born and raised in South Florida, but began his legal career defending clients in New York State and Federal courts before moving back to Florida with his wife, Robyn, and two young sons. He is admitted to practice law in the states of Florida, New York and New Jersey and is an executive board member at the Adolph and Rose Levis Jewish Community Center, an active member of the Palm Beach County community and a former Junior Olympic gymnast.  Scott is Of Counsel to the firm.
