Lauren is a dynamic, accomplished business attorney with over 15 years of experience in business transactions, commercial real estate and commercial litigation, as well as a demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor in providing strategic and tactical support to a broad range of corporate clients.
Lauren has a wide range of experience assisting business owners and other stakeholders in a variety of matters including entity formation, commercial transactions and corporate governance. Lauren enjoys helping both businesses and entrepreneurs accomplish their goals and mitigate risk. Lauren also has extensive experience as a commercial litigator. A tactical and aggressive litigator, Lauren has experience personally managing cases from initiation through trial.
Lauren is a member of the State Bars of New Jersey, New York and California and admitted to practice in multiple federal courts throughout the country.

Lauren received her Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in San Diego, and a B.A. from The College of New Jersey.
