Tarzano is a proud honors graduate of Seton Hall University and obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from George Washington University Law. Since graduating from law school, Tarzano completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable James M. DeMarzo P.J.Ch and worked as a litigation attorney in private practice.
