HAROLD I. STEINBACH

Harold I. Steinbach is an experienced corporate, real estate, and trusts & estates attorney successfully serving the needs of business and individual clients for years. 

             

Harold has been selected as a New York Metro area Super Lawyer each year from 2014 through 2022, this honor bestowed upon no more than 5% of area attorneys for outstanding professional achievement. He is also AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, achieving the highest possible rating, reflecting the highest ethical standards and legal ability. In addition, Harold has been featured as one of New Jersey’s Top Rated Lawyers and one of New York Area’s Top Rated Lawyers in various publications. Harold has also been a frequent lecturer on purchasing and selling businesses at the New York City Bar Association and the New Jersey Institute  for Continuing Legal Education. He has also been published in the American Bar Association’s Business Law Today publication.

Prior to joining Williams, Graffeo & Stern, LLC, Harold was a partner at Kleinberg Kaplan Wolff & Cohen, Parker Duryee Rosoff & Haft, and Steinbach & Associates, respectively.

 

Harold received his Juris Doctorate degree from New York University, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton, where he was Phi Beta Kappa. Harold is also proud to have graduated with Honors from Bronx High School of Science.
